Hint: It is often in a plastic wrap
Well hello again! Come here often? ;) Speaking of pick up lines, don't ever use that one. It's cheesy and doesn't work. In fact, pick up lines just about never work. It's best to avoid them altogether. Anyways, today's thingamajig can be bought at your local supermarket. And it is good with bacon! ;) What is it?

Photo #144 Revealed

It was a compass.
You can use it to make circles.

Anyways, today's thingamajig is often made out of stainless steel. Students, artists, and teachers are some of the people that would use this. And you would need good hand-eye coordination. What is it?

Photo #143 Revealed

It was duct tape.
Some of you may call this "Duck Tape."

Hint: They come in a cardboard box
Hey everyone! Hope you are having a good day so far. Just wanted to say I am proud of those of you who are still blogging on a regular basis. It's not easy! And I know. I try to post at least once a day, but there are days when I don't want to post anything. But I guess we all have days like that. Anyways, today's thingamajig is something that most people eat on a daily basis, especially kids and kids at heart. It is good with fruit. What is it?

Hint: These are becoming obsolete
Hi everyone! Thanks for taking the time to visit my blog. It's very sweet of you. Hope your Sunday is bright and sunny! Today's thingamajig isn't something that hardly anyone uses anymore due to the technological advances. Technology has come a long way! This may be a difficult one for some of my younger followers. Most places don't even carry this item. And the ones that do, the selection is very limited. It is smaller than your hand. What is it?

Photo #140 Revealed

It was a ruler.
(It had the non-slip grip at the back.)

Hint: You might keep this in a kitchen
It's Friday! This week went by so fast! I'm looking forward to the weekend! Today's thingamajig is usually made of stainless steel, but it's not sharp. It is a useful tool, but not necessary. If you cook often and know your way around a kitchen, you should be able to guess what this is. What could it be?

Photo #138 Revealed

They were carrots!
Fun Fact: Carrots do come in red, white and purple varieties! Historically, purple carrots were more common than the orange ones we see in our North American supermarkets today.

And they also come in red, white, and purple! What is it?

Photo #137 Revealed

It was a pop can.
If each of these cans are worth 10 cents each, I wonder how many cans I would need to collect so that I would have enough to buy a new camera lens...

It was bacon!
You would have seen this coming sooner or later! And yes, you can have bacon for dessert! Check out this yummy chocolate bar! It combines two of my favourite food groups: chocolate and bacon! Hey everyone! Have I told you lately how much I appreciate your support? I really do! You are the best-est! Anyways, today's thingamajig is what I would call "obsolete." But if you were born in the before the 90s, you may know what this is. It was popular in the 80s and in the early 90s.  What is it?

Photo #134 Revealed

They were a bag of onions!

Did you know you can get rid of onion breath by eating parsley or some mint leaves? Or you can brush your teeth and gargle mouthwash!

Happy Father's Day! If your dad is the greatest dad in the world, let him know! It's not about buying him ties, golf equipment, watches, socks, and other cliched gifts. Show him how much you care. Spend some quality bonding time with him before it's too late. Anyways, today's thingamajig tastes good with bacon! You can eat it raw or cooked. What is it?

P.S I miss you very much, Dad!

How NOT to pick up girls...

Speed Bump comic
Welcome to the first edition of "Funny Friday." Every Friday or whenever I feel like it, I will be posting a funny photo, comic, video or joke to tickle your funny bone! Enjoy! :)

Photo of the day, #132

Hint: For ages 12 and up
It's Friday and you know what that means? It's Fries-day! I'm going to go hunt down some sweet potato fries! Those are my favourite! How do you celebrate Friday? Anyways, today's thingamajig is kinda dangerous, hence the "for ages 12 and up". This isn't something kids should be playing with. It's not a toy! You can find this in a hardware store and is usually made of stainless steel. It's sharp and could easily be used as a weapon. And no, it's not something that I have posted previously. I don't do repeats. What is it?

Photo #131 Revealed

It was a door hinge.
Speaking of doors, it made me think of a cute knock knock joke, that I'm sure most of you have heard of. If you think it's lame, you have no sense of humour! ;)

Knock, knock?

Who's there?

Cows go!

Cows go, who?

No, silly, cows go moo!

Hint: This is in just about every room
Hi there! Hope you are having a great day so far! It's another dark and gloomy day over here. It really doesn't feel like summer. I heard it's supposed to be a rainy summer for us. At least, it's not raining so much that it's flooding. Anyways, in case you haven't heard, the Canucks lost the game last night and hardcore fans started a bit of a riot in Vancouver. Canadians can get  pretty crazy when it comes to hockey, especially since we were thisclose to winning the Cup. Anyways, enough about hockey. Most of you don't even care. Let's get back to today's thingamajig. This is something that is found everywhere: at home, work, school, the mall, etc... It may even be in front of you now. What is it?

Photo #130 Revealed

It was a pumice stone.

For those of you that are kind of dumbfounded by this thingamajig, let me explain. This is used to get rid of your calluses and corns on the bottom of your feet. To use this, soak your feet in some hot water and rub the stone over those spots. And it will leave you with soft, sexy feet! ;)

Hey everybody! Hope you are having a good day! If you are feeling kinda grumpy today, please check out yesterday's post. It will make you feel a bit better. Maybe even bring a smile to your face! Thank you to those of you that left me a joke yesterday. I did crack up a few times. And I feel a lot better today! Anyways, today's thingamajig is something women would probably use more often now that it's summer. But men can and should use it too. The ladies would probably find you more attractive. What is it?

And one more thing, Go Canucks, Go! This is the last most important game in the series! This is do or die! Hopefully, we do! :)

Apparently Canadians call those "elastic bands" and Americans call them "rubber bands."

Hey everyone! Hope your Sunday is bright and sunny because it's dark and gloomy here. And it looks like it's going to rain. Rain is good for my garden, though. It makes things grow! It's like magic!  Anyways, today's thingamajig is something that is found in almost every room in your house. It's a small object that could fit inside your shoe, but why would you put it in your shoe? You probably don't even know you have this thingamajig unless you look for it or when you vacuum your carpets. What is it?

It's Ryan Reynolds Shirtless!

He looks good with and without a shirt! ;)

Ladies, you can see more of his sexy body in his upcoming movie, The Green Lantern.
(And for you gentlemen, the beautiful Blake Lively is also in the movie)

P.s Once again, I am not taking credit for those photos. I am not his photographer, but maybe someday I will get that chance!
